Job Description:

• Review and analyze business needs and specifications to determine programming requirements for new and existing software projects
• Ensure the component design, and coding are quality, efficient, testable and reusable.
• Enhance system functionalities and development.
• Involved in the software testing and quality assurance
• Conducting analysis of website and application requirements
• Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to design and launch new features.
• Maintain code integrity and organization.
• Troubleshooting application and code issues.
• Maintain and support system.

Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen
• Familiar with code versioning tools, such as Git
• Able to work in minimal supervision and able to work under pressure.
• Possess strong system analysis skills that affects the system functionality
• Knowledge of PHP Laravel frameworks
• Understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML, AJAX, and CSS3

Job Description:

• Answer call, email and helpdesk system from system user
• Record complain log in excel
• Identify the complaint problem
• Solve system issue problems involving standard workflows
• Prepare corrective report depends on milestone

Requirements:

• Education : minimum STPM/Diploma in any related computer course
• Well communicate
• Patient with system user
• Punctual and meet working hours
• Undestand complaints in Malay or English
• Have own transport
• Working place: Client site (Putrjaya)
